I want to change my active extension.
To change your active extension, take the following steps:
- Log on to your web account.
- Locate the Send Calls To drop down menu at the top of the page.
- Select a new forwarding location from the drop down menu.

I want to change my forwarding numbers.
All of your forwarding numbers (Office, Home, Open) may be changed via your web account. Take the following steps:
- Log on to your web account.
- Click the Call Manager tab.
- Locate the extension you wish to alter.
- Change the forwarding number in the associated Phone Number field.
- Click Update to save your changes.
You may also change your Office number via the phone.
- Dial your Toll-Free number.
- Enter your PIN when you hear the first ring.
- Touch 8, User Options.
- Touch 3 to Change your Forwarding Numbers.
- Touch 2 to change your Office number.
- Enter your new 10-digit Office number when prompted.

I want to create additional extensions.
It is not possible to create additional extensions. Extensions 20, 21 and 22 are the only available options.

I want to change my PIN number.
Your Toll-Free PIN may be changed at any time.
Via the phone:
- Dial your Toll-Free number.
- Enter your PIN when you hear the first ring.
- Touch 8, User Options.
- Touch 7 to Change your PIN.
- Enter your new PIN number.
Via the web:
- Log on to your web account.
- Click Account Info tab.
- Choose the Change PIN tab.
- Enter your new PIN.
- Click OK.

I want to create a Weekly Schedule.
You may create a Weekly Schedule, containing up to 32 steps, via your web account.
- Log on to your web account.
- Click the Call Manager button.
- Click the Weekly Schedule tab.
- Enter the day(s), start time and Extension to be activated for your first step.
- Click the + icon to add the step to your Weekly Schedule.
- Repeat steps 4-5 until your Schedule is complete.

I want to activate or deactivate my Weekly Schedule.
Once your Weekly Schedule is built, you may activate or deactivate it at any time.
Via the web:
- Log on to your web account.
- Click the Call Manager button.
- Click the Weekly Schedule tab.
- Click the Activate/Deactivate button to turn your Weekly Schedule on or off.
Via the phone:
- Dial your Toll-Free number.
- Enter your PIN when you hear the first ring.
- Touch 8, User Options.
- Touch 5 to Activate or Deactivate your Weekly Schedule.

I want to view my monthly invoices.
Your monthly invoices may be viewed in your web account.
- Log on to your web account.
- Click the Account Info tab.
- Click the Bill History tab.
- Log-in to your account.

I want to know what my AccessLine number is.
Your AccessLine number is the same as the Conference phone number you
use to host conference calls. Customer Service will ask for your
AccessLine number when you contact them for help.
